Samujana Villa, KOH SAMUI, Thailand
Jacqueline and Max chose the stunning limestone Samujana Villa at Koh Samui to host their celebration back in January 2019. They flew in to Koh Samui from Hong Kong with their 200 pax friends and family for a two-day celebration, and the pictures-cape villa offered a stunning ground for an elegant and modern affair.
Their visions tied so closely with Samujana’s motto – “your place, your time.” The complete privatization of this villa for the couple’s destination wedding celebration has elevated the whole relaxing and fun ambience of the event. Their passion for a modern and romantic styling direction has also influenced the choice of venue.
Love at first sight, they knew Samujana was the perfect place for them because it had such amazing interiors, objects, gardens – and most of all, a very clean modern look throughout the whole premise. It was nonetheless the best location for the installation of all the decorating items, by providing a clean canvas to all the tenting, floral, tableware and graphic design stationaries.
With a backdrop of a wild & natural scenery, the ceremony took place at the Upper Lawn in Samujana Villa, with a modern classic white look. Garden roses, hydrangeas, white chiavaris… As an all-white dream for a bride-to-be. Jacqueline walked down the stone staircase with her beloved daddy with tears and joy – something so unforgettable yet emotional. The couple then exchanged their vows on a white floral runway covered with full blooms and petals.
The night has begun with a bespoke tent production by Bliss Event Thailand, all tables were ready in full décor with flowers and candles, nude chiffon runners, marble coasters nameplates, and beautiful guest favors of repellent sprays all hand-made by the bride and her bridesmaids together.
We have also incorporated the installation of 10 crystal chandeliers throughout the private dinner area ceiling, all dashed with hanging vines and foliage, to create a cozy fresh contrast to all the elegant tabletop items.
