“Lake Como is definitely one of the most picturesque places in Europe. Since our wedding date coincides with the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival, we decided on the Villa del Balbianello - for staging our wedding with our loved ones, watching the full moon all together over Lake Como.”

The Night with the Full Moon
Alison has always been a fervent lover of European culture and civilization, and she adores beautiful European Vilas for their classic elegance.
Their wedding was an intimate and cozy affair with 40 guests flying over to Italy, with a special attire named 'Cocktail Festive' by the couple - meaning to dress & to impress with festive details and vibrant colours, celebrating “The Night with Full Moon” - The Chinese Mid Autumn Festival.
Understanding Alison & Frankie’s wedding vision of romance and elegance, we created an event design with matching floral, linen, & graphic design suggestions with a touch of sophistication. The romantic elements were also complemented by means of tall copper candelabras, and golden flatwares.
Ali & Frankie also had the most amazing fireworks arranged by Blunotte Eventi. Blunotte Eventi was also responsible for the lighting and music that day, which also included the hiring of a harp and a violin duet for the ceremony.
Logistics were well planned by AF Atelier, with accomodation planning at Sheraton Lake Como & the town Como itself, allowing boat transit from these locations to the wedding venue - Villa del Balbianello, via the stunning Lake Como.
